CUTLETS


Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Serves: 6-8

Ingredients:
4 boiled potatoes and mashed
2 tbsp grated cottage cheese
1 green chili de-seeded
1 tbsp chopped coriander
4 tbsp bread crumbs
1 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp red chili powder or red chili flakes
 salt to taste
oil for frying

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients keeping one tbsp bread crumbs aside
  2. Make small balls of the size if your choice 
  3. Coat the balls with bread crumbs and fry in hot oil.
  4. Serve them hot with the dip or chuttney of your choice.


Note:
Try frying one cutlet if it splatters then you can add more bread crumbs or a tabsp of corn flour.
