Ingredients:
1 onion finely chopped
1 capsicum finely chopped
1 cup cottage cheese(paneer)
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste
2 tbsp pizza pasta sace/tomato ketchup
8-10 bread slices
Method:
- Trimm off the edges of each slice of bread.
- Mix rest of the ingredients in a bowl except pizza pasta sauce or tomato ketchup.
- Spread pizza pasta sauce or tomato ketchup on each slice of bread.
- Spread the mixture on one bread slice and put another slice on it.
- Repeat the process with rest of the slices.
- Cut these sandwhiches in the desired shape.
- You can grill it in an OTG or a griller or patty maker or you can simply roast it on a tava or a griddle pan.
- Serve it with ketchup or a dip of your choice.
