1/8 tsp freshly ground black or white pepper powder or to taste
Method:

Method:
- Melt the butter.
- Add the flour and cook on a slow flame for a minute.
- Add the milk gradually and stir continually until the sauce thickens.
- Add salt and pepper and mix well.
