Serves: 6Ingredients:
1/2 cup broccoli cut into florets
1/2 cup mushrooms diced
1 cup red cabbage shredded
5-6 sliced blanched almonds
1-2 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add all broccoli and salt and when it becomes tender add mushrooms and stir for a while now add red cabbage and stir further for 1 minute.
- Now add black pepper and sliced blanched almonds and serve.
