Ingredients:1 onion sliced
1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (red,green,yellow) as per taste or availability
2 cups cabbage shredded
1-2 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tsp lemon juice or white vinegar
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and stir onions and bell peppers for one to two minutes or till they become crunchy.
- Now add cabbage and stir further for a while and add salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Mix well and serve.
