Ingredients:1/2 kg shakarkandi - boiled, peeled, cubed
1/2 tsp chaat masala(optional)
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
1 tsp rock salt (sendha namak) or to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice or to taste
cubed cucumber and apples (optional)
coriander leaves to garnish
Method:
Mix all the ingredients and serve.
