Serves: 2Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup orange juice
2 tea bags green tea or black tea
2 tsp sugar
black salt to taste
Method:
- Boil water in a pan and add sugar and when the sugar dissolves completely switch off the gas and brew the tea bags in hot water.
- Remove tea bags from the water and keep the water aside to get cool.
- Fill a serving glass half with orange juice, add black salt and give a stir.
- Add crushed ice if you like.
- Place two orange slices in the glass and then pour tea over it.
- Add some more crushed ice in the tea and serve chilled.
