1/2 cup soya nuggets
1 onion diced
1/2 capsicum diced
1 small tomato diced
2-3 black olives sliced
2-3 lettuce leaves
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1-2 tbsp tomato ketchup or honey mixed with lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Method:
- Soak the soya nuggets in warm water for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain and squeeze out all the water.
- Heat oil in a pan and saute onions and capsicum in it and cook for a minute or two till the veges become crisp and add soya nuggets and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now switch off the gas and add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- The sald is ready to be served.
- If you like you can add chilli sauce and soya sauce as per taste.
