AAM PANNA/MANGO PANNA

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time : 20 minutes
Serves: 24

Ingredients:
1 kg raw green mangoe
s
4 tsp roasted cumin powder
2 tsp black salt (kala namak)
salt to taste
3 cup sugar
a few drops yellow color(optional)

Method:
  1. Wash and boil the mangoes. Let them cool. 
  2. Now peel the mango and mash and strain the pulp.
  3. Add five cups of water and mix well and bring it to a boil.
  4. Add the cumin powder, black salt, salt and sugar.
  5. Mix well till sugar is dissolved. Set aside to cool.
  6. Add color and mix well. keep it in the refrigerator.
  7. Pour into glasses as required and dilute with chilled water as per your taste.
