Ingredients:3-4 boiled potatoes
2 tbsp tamarind chuttney
oil for frying
salt as per taste
Method:
- Take boiled potato(without removing the skin) between your palms and press it.
- Do the same with rest of the potatoes.
- Deep fry them in hot oil till they become brown and crispy.
- Drain out on an absorbent paper.
- Put them in a bowl and drizzle tamarind chuttney and salt.
Notes:
- Sprinkle salt keeping in mind that tamarind chuttney also contains salt.
- You can sprinkle red chili powder,jeera powder and chhat masala if you like it to be more spicy.
