1 cup hung curd
1/2 cup milk
1 onion finely chopped
1 small capsicum finely chopped
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1 tsp oil
Method:
- Beat hung curd and milk with a blender or with a whisk and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and stir onion and capsicum for a minute.
- Add the veges to the curd and give a stir.
- Add salt and pepper at the time of serving.
- Serve chilled.
