Ingredients:
6 papris
1 potato boiled, peeled and diced
1/4 cup chickpeas boiled
1 cup plain yogurt
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin seed powder (bhuna jeera)
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
2 tablespoons hari cilantro chutney
2 tablespoons tamarind chutney
1 tbsp each of pomegranate seeds,chopped coriander leaves and sev bhujiya for garnishing
Method:
- Put the yogurt into a bowl and whisk until smooth. Add a little milk if needed to consistency of pancake batter. Add salt to taste. Set aside
- Arrange the papdi on a plate.
- Spread potato cubes and chickpeas on papdis .
- Drizzle yogurt over papdis.
- Sprinkle roasted cumin powder, and red chili to your taste.
- Finish the papdi chat by drizzling with tamarind chutney and hari cilantro chuttney.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds,chopped coriander leaves and sev bhujiya
