Method:
- Wash and chop parsley.
- Boil water in a pan and switch off the gas, add chopped pasley and cover the pan with a lid.
- Let parsley be in water for 10-15 minutes.
- After 10-15 minutes strain it with a strainer and add lemon juice.
- Serve it warm. It helps flush out excess fluid from the body, thus helps in loosing weight.
