Ingredients:
10 no. baby carrots
2 tsp butter
salt and pepper to taste
some chopped parsley
Method:
- Boil 2 cups of water in a pan add a pinch of salt and the baby carrots to it and cook for 5-10 minutes till the carrots become tender.
- Drain out excess water.
- Heat butter in a pan add blanched carrots, salt and pepper and cook till the carrots are cooked well .
- Garnish with some chopped parsley leaves and serve.
Variation: you can add some garlic and honey to the butter and then roast the blanched carrots in that butter.
