Ingredients:
1 glass milk for shake / 1 glass yogurt for smoothie
1 banana peeled
2-3 tsp sugar or as per taste
6-8 soaked and peeled almonds
1/2 glass ice
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend well.
- Pour into the glasses and serve chilled.
